Partnered Logistics:

  • Home Delivery: SF Express, Chunghwa Post, HCT Logistics, Yamato Transport (limited to Taiwan main island)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (available for both main island and offshore convenience store branches in Taiwan)

      Shipping Instructions

      • After placing an order (excluding the order date), in-stock items will be shipped within approximately 1–3 business days.

      • Pre-order/proxy purchase items will be shipped within approximately 7–30 business days, depending on the product type.

      • Holidays are excluded from the processing time.

      • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00. No deliveries after 20:00.

      • During peak holiday seasons or in cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters), shipments may be delayed.

      • If Home Delivery is chosen: The actual delivery schedule will depend on the courier driver’s route arrangement.

      • If Convenience Store Pickup is chosen: Please pay attention to the arrival notification SMS and pick up your parcel within 7 days of arrival. Failure to do so may incur shipping costs, which must be borne by the customer.
